Document Portal

The bRRAIn Document Portal is a zero-trust, AI-powered repository for files, notes, and documents. Every document is automatically indexed and connected in the bRRAIn graph, making it searchable by content, metadata, relationships, and context.

What Document Portal replaces

Most organizations already use Google Drive, SharePoint, or Dropbox. The Portal is designed to replace those tools entirely, not augment them:

Access control

Permissions map to the bRRAIn 7-tier role hierarchy (Sovereign → Guest). Each document inherits its workspace's default role mapping and can be overridden on a per-document basis. See Sharing & Permissions.

Integration with the bRRAIn platform

Every upload triggers the ingestion pipeline:

  1. File encryption with your derived key
  2. Metadata extraction and preview thumbnail
  3. Handler summarization and entity extraction
  4. POPE graph node creation and edge linkage
  5. Atomic write to the Vault and graph
