Partner Program overview
partners.brrain.io is the bRRAIn Partner Program — for agencies, integrators, resellers, and consultants who deliver bRRAIn to end customers.
Why partner with bRRAIn
- Recurring revenue through reseller economics or referral fees.
- Cascade rewards via bOSS — get paid when your customer's outcomes hit milestones.
- Direct billing option — your customer pays you, you pay bRRAIn at wholesale.
- OEM licensing for white-label distribution.
- Co-marketing and lead-sharing with the bRRAIn growth team.
- Certification to attest to your team's competence.
- Priority support for partner-routed cases.
Partner archetypes
The Partner Program supports several patterns:
Referral partners
You introduce customers to bRRAIn. We close and bill. You get a referral fee per closed deal plus optional cascade rewards.
Best for: people with relationships and trust, but not the staff or appetite to deliver implementation themselves.
Implementation partners
You introduce, sell, and deliver implementation. bRRAIn bills the customer for the platform; you bill the customer for your implementation services. Both parties earn separately.
Best for: consultancies, agencies, sysintegrators with delivery capacity.
Reseller partners (direct billing)
You're the customer's vendor of record. You bill them; you pay bRRAIn at wholesale. You take responsibility for first-line support.
Best for: established resellers and managed-service providers with a customer book of business.
OEM partners
You ship your own product with bRRAIn embedded. Customers see your brand; bRRAIn is invisible. Volume-tier licensing applies.
Best for: software vendors building bRRAIn into their product.
Eligibility
To apply:
- A bRRAIn account with confirmed email and MFA enrolled.
- Acceptance of the Partner Agreement.
- For Implementation, Reseller, and OEM tiers: at least one team member with a bRRAInOps Implementation Specialist or Operations Controller certification (or commitment to certify within 90 days).
- For Reseller and OEM: a verified business entity (not an individual).
- For OEM: a signed MSA with volume commitments.
Partner tiers
Partners advance through tiers based on contribution:

Tier advancement is annual, based on trailing 12-month delivery.
Partner portal
partners.brrain.io is the partner working surface. You'll find:
- Dashboard — your earnings, pipeline, and tier progress.
- Leads — your introduced leads, with action timelines.
- Deals — converted leads, pipeline stages.
- Customers — your active customer base.
- Cascades — bOSS outcomes you're eligible for.
- Billing — your earnings, invoices, payouts, and route configuration.
- Resources — sales decks, demo scripts, case studies, technical guides.
- Certifications — your team's certification roster.
How to apply
- Visit brrain.io/partner/apply (or click Apply in the partner portal).
- Fill in the application — business details, intended partner archetype, expected volume.
- Upload supporting documentation (business registration, prior client logos, etc.).
- Sign the Partner Agreement.
- Wait for review — typically 5–10 business days.
On approval, you get partner-portal access immediately and a kickoff call with the bRRAIn partner team.
